Key Responsibilities.

• Handle client inquiries and conduct pre-move surveys (physical & virtual) .
• Prepare and present competitive international moving quotations .
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the moving process .
• Coordinate with operations, overseas agents, customs officials & shipping lines .
• Advise clients on destination regulations, documentation & customs processes .
• Provide exceptional service to corporate, diplomatic & private clients
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

Requirements

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills 
• Excellent planning, coordination & organizational abilities .
• Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service (preferred) .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools .
• High attention to detail & a customer-first attitude .
• Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure .
• Degree/Diploma in Logistics, International Relations, Business, or related field
