Key Responsibilities.
- Cold Outreach and Client Acquisition
- Research and identify potential clients in Kenya and international markets
- Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms to generate leads.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitches to convert prospects into clients.
- Schedule and participate in virtual and in-person meetings with international clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary contact for client queries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Provide insights on competitor activity and recommend strategies to enhance international presence.
- Track outreach activities and sales performance using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on outreach progress, lead conversions, and client engagement.
- Provide feedback on challenges and recommend solutions to improve outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about sales and marketing and have at-least two years successful work history of marketing corporate training course, corporate events or corporate real estate services (a must requirement for the position) and growing the business in your previous position
- A top performer with highly developed communication skills to easily engage with clients, identify their training needs and demonstrate the value of our unique training courses
- A critical thinker, highly organised, meticulous, detail oriented, take pride in your work performance and exceed sales target
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
