Key Responsibilities.

• Make Inbound/outbound sales calls to connect with potential and existing customers.
• Promote and explain the range of services to generate sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Utilize computer tools and software to record sales interactions, manage leads, and track progress.
• Meet and exceed set sales targets and quotas.
• Continuously enhance his/her service knowledge and telesales techniques.
• Ask engaging questions customers to keep conversations going  
• Listen to the customers’ needs and inform them of relevant products  
• Create lasting relationships with customers and use them to generate repeat sales  
• Gather and document customer information, payment methods and purchases .
• Meet sales targets 

Qualifications.

• Diploma / Degree in business related field.
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Excellent social media skills
• Computer literacy and the ability to use sales software.
• Dynamic and engaging personality.
