Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the showroom to find suitable products. 
•  Possessing in-depth knowledge of the products offered, including features, benefits, and applications. 
• Sales Techniques: Utilizing effective sales techniques to close deals, build rapport, and exceed sales targets. 
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. 
• Showroom Management: Maintaining a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring product displays are attractive and informative. 
• Order Processing: Handling sales transactions, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery. 
• Building strong relationships with customers and industry professionals to drive repeat business and referrals. 
• Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. 
• Market Research: Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities. 
• Reporting: Maintaining accurate sales records and reports. 

 Qualifications.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 
• Diploma / Degree in business related field.
• Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to identify customer needs and close sales. 
• Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the products offered in the showroom. 
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport. 
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and organize tasks. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues. 
• Teamwork Skills: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
