Job Location : Nairobi , Kenya.
Salary Range : 60K.
Key Responsibilities.
- Leading quality service delivery for stakeholders, including overseeing the complaints process
- Maintaining strong relationships with Owners and representatives
- Ensuring compliance, government regulations/legislation, company guidelines and requirements are understood by staff and are met .
- Liaising with other teams, Government, and Support Agencies to ensure quality outcomes for customers
- Effectively lead, mentor, manage and support Property Managers including acting as a point of escalation for complex situations .
- Undertaking tenancy administration tasks alongside Property Management team, including managing processes if required
- Provide accurate and timely reports on relevant business activities .
- Assisting in review and implementation of policies and procedures for the business unit to ensure adherence to best practice, compliance, relevant regulations and legislation .
- Additional appropriate support to wider team and organisation
Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in property management.
- Must have experience managing commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
- Strong negotiation, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of lease agreements, tenant relations, and facility management.
