Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding,
- and maintaining a talent pipeline.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and
- procedures.
- Conducting employee orientation and providing ongoing support to employees.
- Administering employee benefits and records ensuring compliance with relevant
- regulations.
- Participate in the HR audit processes
- Prepare the necessary HR reports, personnel budget spreadsheets and assist in
- compiling quarterly and annual HR progress reports.
- Managing employee records and HR documentation.
- Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and providing guidance to
- managers.
- Assisting in the performance appraisal process and facilitating training and
- development initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Adhering to industry best practices and recommending improvements to HR
- processes.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Developing training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support in the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Other tasks accorded by the MD
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and Kenyan labor laws.
- At least 3 years of HR experience .
- adequate exposure to HR management including personnel budgeting and reports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
