Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspecting and monitoring   for compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Assembles teams / loaders , assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules and determines and acquires resources needed.
• Develops and maintains company and project plans, budgets and prepares and analyzes project performance reports.
• Negotiates, administers, and manages contracts with clients.
• Serves as liaison between the waste facility and the management requesting for services.
• Supervises teamwork processes and procedures and expenses and supports programs which drive team performance toward company goals.
• Reviews and evaluates work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.
• Oversees waste facility personnel needs including coaching, training, and evaluating loaders  performance. 
• Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. 

Qualifications

• Diploma in any related field 
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills. 
• Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on mentoring and motivation of employees.
• High level of sound and independent judgment and reasoning. 
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures. 
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment 
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing 
•  Able to work well under pressure ,Strong attention to detail 
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
