Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure there is adequate inventory of all Raw Materials (Bottles, Seals, Labels, Caps, Liners etc), at any one time and in coordination with other branches, ensure they don’t lack either by establishing a reorder level.
- Ensure that all purchase documentation for all supplies is relayed to the administration/ finance office immediately
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with the clients to cultivate loyalty
- Maintain a well-groomed and clean appearance – Be in Aquawell Attire all the time.
- Report with immediate effect any concerns or complaints raised by the clients to the Managing Director
- Seek new markets and clients at any opportunity that presents itself to talk to a potential client
- Assist in the delivery process when called upon to ensure smooth flow and avoid any delays to our clients
- Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process, implementing cost reductions.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Receive all orders from the shop and walk-ins and ensure they are prepared timely and well-marked to avoid any delays for the riders to deliver
- Prioritize, allocate and co-ordinate properly with riders/drivers to ensure no order is left out or delayed
- Rearrange production sequence according to planning needs and efficiently manages priorities
- Ensure that the Factory premise is spotless clean at all times; including the machines and other equipment, floor, surfaces, windows, walls, window Panes, bottle cloths and dust coats
- Ensure proper packaging of the stock for the shop and branches including the KRA Stamps
- Maintain an accurate and clean record of all orders made via office and walk-in customers. Inform the admin/finance about walk-in customers to ensure proper billing and debt-check if it’s an existing client.
Qualifications
- 2-year experience in the same role in food production or experience in the hospitality or any service industry.
- Must be computer literate Administration or related qualifications.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and customer service skills.
- Clear understanding and application of the laws and regulations governing food manufacturing in Kenya as well as health and safety requirements.
- Open minded and able to work flexibly .
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and with a demanding workload.
- Business Partnering skills – ability to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders.
