Job Brief .

Our Client is a five star hotel resort . They seek to hire a restaurant supervisor . The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service and food & beverage. The role also involves maintaining inventory and supplies, controlling costs, and complying with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations including service, housekeeping, production, purchasing, and admin to ensure efficient operations.
  • Deliver excellent service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
  • Regularly review market prices and research new suppliers
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Promote the Restaurant brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and other relevant channels.
  • Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
  • Organize and supervise shifts.
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
  •  Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.


  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or relevant field of study
  • Minimum 3 years on a similar role
  • Good leadership and people management skills
  • Good in planning and organization skills
  • High integrity in managing the business process
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and deliver results
