Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Officer. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to HR management, HR policies, employee relations, job description development, and other functions related to human resources.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and HR management
- Experience handling employee relations issues.
- Familiarity with job description development and recruitment processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field
- Professional certification in IHRM or Associate is a plus.
