Our client  deals with  importation, distribution and marketing of Pharmaceutical and Para pharmaceutical Products in Kenya. We are seeking a Marketing designer to join their Marketing team.

Position: Marketing Designer Executive to Sr Vice President

Location : Nairobi.

Reports To: Sr Vice President.

Job Brief .

The Marketing Executive reports to the Sr Vice President and Marketing Manager EA and is responsible for primary planning, designing of marketing inputs and providing administrative support to the Sr VP on arranging the Inputs and Managing Social Media.

Responsibilities.

• Primary input design plan, coordinating with the team in INDIA and execution and follow up on input deliveries for all EA countries.
• Designing LBL, Literatures and Keeping Records of Literatures, Samples and FOC for all EA countries ready and up to date.
• Managing the social media Page of the company.
• Ensuring the EA countries always have sufficient inventories of all Promotional inputs.
• Coordinating with the Marketing teams in all the Countries and Provide a regular update.
• Able to Communicate and Collaborate with all internal and external customers.
• Meeting deadlines is crucial.

• Work within set timelines on business objectives.
• Creativity and Artistic Ability along with Adaptability and Continuous Learning

Qualifications.

• Proficiency in Design Software: An essential requirement is a strong command of design software programs such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of handling Social Media platforms.
• Practical experience and a strong portfolio carry more weight than formal qualifications alone.
