Position :Sales Executive
Location: Nairobi , Kenya.
The sales executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and onboarding new clients. This role is tasked with ensuring that all the vehicles are fully engaged and in utilisation by clients.
- Identifying opportunities for provision of transportation services with medium sized and large sized organizations
- Building a pipeline of companies who are likely to require transportation services based on their business agenda and maintaining a list of the same
- Consistently calling, visiting and maintaining relationships with prospective clients in order to convert the sale
- Establishing and building relationships with Transport and Fleet managers for all prospective and current clients
- Coordinating the running of the trucks and ensure full compliance with set business processes when all trucks are fully engaged
- Elicit new business by making visits to organizations and sites that require our services
- Consistent follow ups with client fleet managers to ensure vehicle allocation for Outbound trucks for trips
- Review the logistics software to confirm integrity is maintained by all drivers in terms of distances covered versus fuel consumed, and arrival at the right destination and on time
- Training of drivers on professional conduct and engagement with clients
- Tracking revenue and ensuring consistent growth of the same
