Position: Sales Representatives.

Location :Nairobi ,Kenya.

Salary : 35K -40K.

Duties and Responsibilities.

Generate and qualify leads by planning field visits to dormant and new potential customers to achieves sales growth

Source and develop client referrals

Prepare sales actions plans and strategies

Schedule sales activities and follow up on the same

Gathering market and customer information

Develop and maintain customer database

Negotiating variation in price, deliveries and specifications with related HOD’s

Negotiate with customers

Advising on forthcoming product development and discussing special promotions

Developing and maintaining company sales promotional materials

Plan and conduct direct marketing activities

Liaising with other departments, depot and factory to check on the progress of existing orders

Recording sales and order information for sending to your superior at the end of each day

Reviewing your own sale performance and strategizing to meet or exceed targets.

Gaining a clear understanding of customers and their requirements

Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations or as per the guide of the company price list.

Qualifications.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in sales and marketing

Proven success

Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

Strong organizational skills

3-5 years in sales and marketing

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

Proficiency with sales management software and CRM

Personal integrity

Ability to travel at least 80% of the time and drive

Possess a valid driving license
