Job location: Nairobi

Availability: Immediately

Salary :50K plus commission.

Duties and Responsibilities.

• Prospect and lead generate potential clients for Commercial Solar solutions
• Ability to design and Size solar roof top solutions for Commercial and Industrial customers 
• Ability to prepare proposals that include financing options
• Can work with set targets, self driven and work with minimum supervision
• Must be able to prepare powerpoint presentations for presenting client proposals
• To continuously source for market intelligence and document for use in the department.
• Monitor and prepare periodic reports on closed new business and retention status.
• Build up detailed knowledge about the company’s products and keep abreast of market conditions and developments.

Qualifications

•  MUST have at least one year experience in the green energy /solar industry with verifiable references.
• Excellent relationship management.
• Sales and Marketing knowledge.
• Proficiency in computers is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in sales and marketing or any other business related field.
• A team player with the drive to improve performance.
• Persuasive with strong recognition skills,
• Self-driven and possess the ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
