Job location: Nairobi
Salary :50K plus commission.
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Prospect and lead generate potential clients for Commercial Solar solutions
- Ability to design and Size solar roof top solutions for Commercial and Industrial customers
- Ability to prepare proposals that include financing options
- Can work with set targets, self driven and work with minimum supervision
- Must be able to prepare powerpoint presentations for presenting client proposals
- To continuously source for market intelligence and document for use in the department.
- Monitor and prepare periodic reports on closed new business and retention status.
- Build up detailed knowledge about the company’s products and keep abreast of market conditions and developments.
- MUST have at least one year experience in the green energy /solar industry with verifiable references.
- Excellent relationship management.
- Sales and Marketing knowledge.
- Proficiency in computers is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in sales and marketing or any other business related field.
- A team player with the drive to improve performance.
- Persuasive with strong recognition skills,
- Self-driven and possess the ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
